I am a postdoctoral researcher in the DEEM Lab research group headed by Sebastian Schelter at TU Berlin and the BIFOLD research center in Berlin, Germany. I received my PhD from TU Berlin under the supervision of Matthias Boehm. My dissertation was selected as a runner-up for the SIGMOD Jim Gray Doctoral Dissertation Award, and my work has received recognitions including an EDBT 2025 Best Paper Award and a SIGMOD Research Highlights Award. Prior to my PhD, I was a Senior Software Engineer at Teradata Labs, Hyderabad, India, where I worked on the design and development of features for the Teradata database execution engine. I am also a PMC member of Apache SystemDS, an open source ML system for the end-to-end data science lifecycle, spanning data integration, and preparation to local, distributed, and federated model training, debugging, and serving.

My research interests lie at the intersection of data management, machine learning, and systems. My work spans ML systems, LLM-assisted data management, and data-centric challenges in modern ML applications. Currently, I am exploring systems support for LLM-driven, agentic ML pipeline search, focusing on the efficient execution and optimization of large numbers of dynamically generated pipelines across heterogeneous runtimes.
